Right of return
You can return the goods received without stating any reason within 14 days by sending the goods back. This time period commences after receipt of this information in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail), but not before the recipient has received the goods (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before the first part delivery has been received) and also not before we have met our duties to inform, pursuant to Article 246 section 2 in conjunction with Article 1 section 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act on the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as, in the case of contracts in electronic commerce, our duties pursuant to Article 312g section 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 section 3 EGBGB. You can also declare the return of goods in writing by requesting that the goods be taken back, but only in the case of goods which are not suitable to be sent as parcels (e.g. bulky merchandise). Punctual dispatch of the goods or the recall request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In each case, the goods are returned at our cost and risk. The consequences of returning goods
In the event of effective return, the performances received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits enjoyed (e.g., benefits of use) shall be surrendered. If the goods have been devalued, compensation may be sought. This does not apply if the goods have been devalued solely by inspection; as would be conceivable, for example, in a retail outlet. Furthermore, you can effectively avoid having to pay compensation for degradation as a result of using the item for its intended purpose by not treating the goods as if they were your property and avoiding doing anything that could reduce their value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The 30-day period begins for you upon dispatch of the goods or the collection request; for us, upon receipt.
